At MiRo Equity we serve venture capital and principal investing firms as well as institutional investors across the globe.MiRo is a privatly owened family office and investment firm since 2006 and invests in high-growth opportunities, management buyouts and recapitalization transactions.Our role is to advise owners and/or management whether it be in an auction process involving multiple bidders, a discreet, exclusive discussion with a specific buyer or negotiations with lenders providing facilities ranging from project finance and invoice discounting to participation in syndicated loan structures. After years in the industry we believe that a sound commitment, a fundamental know how combined with excellent and insightful communication skills and high degree of service orientation and attitude still remain the core competencies in our industry.Working alongside management, we help our companies grow into successful international organizations. Our team consists of experienced investment professionals working across different lines of businesses. We invest in market leading, cash-generative businesses with high-quality management teams to accelerate the creation of company value.In addition MiRo is managing portfolios of selected group companies and external customers.Our international work environment is characterized by dynamic teamwork and requires a high degree of flexibility and commitment.Our disciplined investment process focuses on delivering the best possible return to our investors.
