Michael Brinkmann
Founder and Member of the Board of Directors
Since 2000, Michael Brinkmann has been an entrepreneur e.g. as founder and CEO of procharge electronic payment services. Michael is acknowledged to be an internationally successful entrepreneur and business angel. He worked for Merrill Lynch and KPMG as well as for BBDO and Deutsche Card Services. He studied Business Administration at International Business School, Lippstadt, UC West Virginia and holds an MBA from Alliant University – Marshall Goldsmith School of Management San Diego .
Jürg Suter
External Manager from Balmanag AG – Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Suter from Balmanag AG is active as external auditing manager for Trustfund Group.Mr. Suter holds a degree as expert for managerial accounting and finance with a special license for Switzerland.

Supporting small medium ecommerce companies on their way to build lasting values for their shareholder and clients can be a challenging task. As shareholders and co-investors we benefit from our long-time experience in the “value creation” and the management of Trustfund’s portfolio. We are close to our affiliated companies – with the help of our unique network and thanks to intensive support. An active role is important to us. Globally operating divisions cover our strategic business areas. Through this worldwide interaction, we also promote technology transfer into emerging markets.
